Shipping Info

In order to offer the fastest possible shipping, we source products located in EU or US warehouses. That means that unlike our competition, we don't leave you waiting for 4-5 weeks on all products.

Each product will contain a description of its availability in a EU/US warehouse. 

** We ship WORLDWIDE (with the exceptions of Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea and Syria). No matter where you are, the below terms apply to you.

** US refers to Continental US states. Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii incur extra time/charges for shipping. 

Shipping Duration

  • If the product is not available to be shipped from the EU/US which is the default status of all products unless otherwise mentioned on product page - please allow up to 15 business days for the shipment to arrive on your doorstep.
  • If the product is available to be shipped from the EU/US, this will be mentioned on the product description page - please allow up to 5 business days for the shipment to arrive at your door.
  • US/Australia/Canada/EU customers - we average 10 business days shipping times to all of these countries.

Shipping Costs 

  • Orders of $50.00 or more total amount benefit from FREE shipping worldwide.
  • Orders up to $49.99 will have a shipping cost of $8.99 for all countries.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for products that are not as advertised or you are unsatisfied for any reason. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
